Mediocre Leader VS Great Leader

There are the differences of Mediocre Leader and Great Leader:


Mediocre Leader:

1. I get things done because I'm the boss (formal authority)
2. As long as people have a clear job description, they'll be fine
3. Everything is so dependent on me
4. I need to constantly motivate and manage my people to get result

Great Leader:

1. I get things done through personal influence and credibility (informal
or moral authority)

2. If a clear and compelling purpose exists, people will volunteer their
best effort

3. Enduring success is in the systems

4. My job is to release the talent and passion of our team toward our
highest priorities
